Umahi Implores ASUU to Review Strategy

Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi, has urged the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, to review its strategy in a bid to end the lingering industrial action.

Umahi noted that ASUU’s demands were justifiable, but the union should review its strategy for the sake of students.

He appealed to the Union to take whatever the Federal Government has given to them while waiting for a lasting solution to their demands.

The Governor added that vocational education and secondary school education should be made compulsory for every Nigerian.
