West Ham has signed Brazilian midfielder Lucas Paqueta on a five year contract.
Paquteta, who is expected to be part of the Brazil squad at this year’s World Cup, joined from Lyon.
The initial £36.5m deal for the player could rise to more than £50m with potential add-ons.
He joined Lyon for £17m in 2020 after 18 months at AC Milan.
