Weinstein Granted Right to Appeal His Rape Conviction
The New York State Court of Appeals has granted former Hollywood movie producer, Harvey Weinstein, right to appeal his rape conviction. The ruling from the Chief Judge, Janet DiFiore, means that oral arguments will be heard next year before the entire court.
