NYSC Urges Corps Members to be Self-reliant

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has warned Corps members to shun any act capable of tarnishing their image.

Director- General of NYSC, Mohammed Fadah, who was represented by the Kaduna State NYSC Coordinator, Abel Oche, gave the warning during the closing ceremony of the orientation course of the 2022 Batch B (Stream 2) NYSC members posted to the State.

Fadah, however, urged the Corps members to explore the skills they have learnt to be self-independent.

Ekiti Governor-elect Vows to Fulfill Promise to Workers

The Governor-elect of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji has vowed to fulfill all promises made to workers in the State when he assumes office. Oyebanji made the pledge during a visit to the State Council of the Nigeria Labour Congress to appreciate the support of workers during the election. The Governor-elect promised to be responsive and responsible and enjoined workers to criticize him constructively whenever he is wrong.
