Customs Denies Auctioning Over 7000 Seized Cars

The Nigeria Customs Service has denied reports that a special auction of over 7000 cars would soon be held by the Service.

A statement issued by the Customs Public Relations Officer, Timi Bomodi, urged Nigerians to go online to the electronic auction platform for authentic information on auctioning.

Bomodi stated that e-auction remained the only authentic means of auctioning goods by the Service to members of the public.
