Federal Government Disburses N100billion Loan to Manufacturers

President Muhammadu Buhari has said the Federal government has disbursed a total of N100 billion to indigenous Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Health Care Investors as loans.

Buhari disclosed this while receiving the new Executive Members of the Nigerian Medical Association in Abuja.

The President noted that the loan was to expand the capital base of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and boost Local production of Medicines and Medical Consumables.

NYSC Cautions Corps Members Against Politics

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has declared zero tolerance for Corps member’s involvement in Local Politics. Director-General of NYSC, Mohammed Fadah made this known on Tuesday during the batch B stream II Orientation Camp closing ceremony held in Akko Local Government Area in Gombe State. Fadah while stressing that the Scheme would sanction defaulters who went against the bye-laws, called on Corps members to take Community Development Service seriously.
