Buhari issues ultimatum to education Minister

President Muhammadu Buhari has given the minister of education, Adamu Adamu, two weeks to resolve issues of contention regarding the lingering strike of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

Buhari gave the directive at a meeting with the minister and other relevant agencies.

The President urged Adamu to ensure that the issues were resolved within two weeks and report back to him.
