Court Reserves Judgment In Suit Filed Against Former Plateau Governor

A Plateau State High Court has reserved judgment in a case filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, against Jonah Jang, and a former cashier with the state government, Yusuf Pam, over an alleged N6.3bn fraud.

In her ruling, the presiding Judge, Christy Dabup, reserved judgment on the four-year-old case, noting that the judgment date will be communicated to the parties involved.

Justice Dabup arrived at the decision after both the prosecution and the defense counsel adopted their written addresses.

The Judge adjourned the case stating that the ruling for this case will be announced later.
