NCDC warns of COVID-19 fifth wave

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has urged Nigerians to prevent the onset of a full-fledged fifth COVID-19 wave by adhering to recommended Public Health Safety Measures.

NCDC noted this in its COVID-19 Public Health Advisory issued on Friday amidst the rising cases of infection in the Country.

The Agency stressed the need for Religious Organizations, Community Leaders, and Nigerians in general, to take necessary precautions ahead of the upcoming Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
