Army Chief Seeks Partnership From Monarchs to Tackle Insecurity

The Chief of Army Staff, Farouk Yahaya, has called on Imo Council of Traditional Rulers to Partner with Security Operatives in tackling insecurity in the State.

Yahaya made the call during a courtesy visit to the Eze Imo Palace in Owerri, the State Capital as part of activities marking the 2022 Nigerian Army Day Celebration.

He thanked the people of the State for their hospitality and support and playing host to this year’s Army Day celebration.

Meanwhile, Chairman of Imo Council of Traditional Rulers, Emmanuel Okere, commended the effort of the Nigeria Army on their fight against insurgency in the Country.

PSG Announces Christophe Galtier as New Coach

Christophe Galtier has been named as the new Coach of Paris Saint-Germain. Galtier, who quit as Coach of Nice in June, replaces Mauricio Pochettino, who was released from his duties earlier on Tuesday.
