The Nigeria Labor Congress, NLC, says it will embark on one-day nationwide protest to compel the Federal Government to resolve issues with education unions.
NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, made this known during the opening of the Congress’ Central Working Committee meeting on Thursday in Abuja.
Wabba noted that the move is aimed at calling the attention of the Federal Government to resolve the lingering issues immediately.
He expressed sadness over the closure of the country’s tertiary institutions due to unresolved labor disputes between the Federal Government and unions in education.
