Buhari departs Abuja for Portugal

President Muhammadu Buhari has departed Abuja for Portugal on a State Visit at the invitation of President Marcelo Sousa.

A statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, GarbaShehu, revealed that Buhari will be conferred with the Country’s National Honor and decorated with the ‘Great Collar of the Order of Prince Henry.

The statement noted that he will also participate in the United Nations Ocean Conference in the Country.

It added that the President would be expected back in the Country on Saturday, July 2, 2022.
