Imo State Police Command has arrested one of the suspected killers of a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ahmed Gulak.
The Command’s Public Relations Officer, Mike Abattam, who disclosed this on Monday, identified the arrested suspected as Anosike Chimobi.
Gulak, a former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, was murdered by a group of armed men on May 30, 2021, during a visit to the State.
Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, has granted a 10-day amnesty to bandits operating in the State to surrender themselves and their arms for unconditional pardon.
