Onuoha Urges Youths to Get Their PVCs

An Okigwe House of Representatives candidate, Chikwe Onuoha has urged Nigerian youths to get their Permanent Voters Card, PVC.
Onuoha disclosed this during a youth town hall meeting in Owerri, Imo State capital.

The Green house hopeful, eulogized the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for introducing Bimodal Voters Accreditation System, BVAS, to the electoral process.
