Buhari Departs Abuja for Commonwealth Meeting in Rwanda

President Muhammadu Buhari will today depart Abuja for Rwanda, to attend the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, CHOGM.

In a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, Buhari will join other leaders to participate in discussions focused on the progress and prosperity of the Countries that make up the Commonwealth.

The statement noted that the President would return to the Country on June 26, 2022.

Nigeria Police Force has deployed additional Policemen to boost security along the Abuja-Kaduna Highway.
