Former President, Goodluck Jonathan has advised the Presidential Candidates of the different Political Parties to prioritize peace and stability as they conduct their campaigns ahead of the 2023 elections.
In a congratulatory statement issued in his social media page on Thursday, Jonathan noted it was important to avoid acrimonious campaigns so that democracy will triumph.
The Former President, however, urged all Politicians and Stakeholders to place National interest above personal interest.
Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, has congratulated Bola Tinubu on his emergence as the Presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC. Osinbajo called for unity among APC members, noting that Tinubu’s contributions to democracy stood him out. The Vice President urged all party members to rally behind its Presidential Candidate to ensure victory for the party in the 2023 elections.
