Aregbesola Directs NSCDC To Hunt Down Owo Church Attackers

Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, has directed the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, to join the manhunt for the gunmen that attacked a church in Owo, Ondo State.

Aregbesola gave the directive at the decoration of five Deputy Commandant-Generals of the NSCDC.

He urged the Corps to play direct roles rather than complementary ones in confronting bandits and terrorists.

The Minister called for the application of grassroot intelligence gathering to secure the country.
