University dismisses lecturers over sexual harassment

University of Abuja has dismissed two lecturers over sexual harassment of Students.

Vice Chancellor of the University, Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah, disclosed this on Monday during a meeting with the University Alumni Association in New York.

Na’Allah stated that the University has introduced a policy on sex abuse on campus, which has been published to protect the female Students.

The VC added that the Institution is committed to high moral standards and will not tolerate any act of misconduct perpetrated by its Staff members against Students.
