Kwara Government Directs Civil Servants to Resume Duties

Kwara State Government has directed all Civil Servants in the State on GL14 and below to resume normal duty.

The directive was contained in a circular signed by the Permanent Secretary (Service Welfare), Office of the Head of Service, Salami Tunde.

The statement warned the workers to always comply with all the COVID- 19 safety protocols in their respective work environment to ensure that the spread of the virus remain curtailed.

Recall that following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, workers were directed to work from home to mitigate the spread of the contagious virus.
