INEC Assures electorates of Credible Election in Ekiti

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has said every vote of the electorate will count in the June 18 Governorship elections in Ekiti State.

Chairman of the Commission, Mahmood Yakubu who stated this on Tuesday in Ado Ekiti, the State Capital noted that the Commission will be neutral and stand by the obligatory mission of ensuring credibility of the poll.

Yakubu assured electorates of the Commission’s readiness for the election and appealed to resident of the State to ensure peace during the poll.
