Ayade denies participation in Senatorial Primary

Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade has denied participating in the All Progressives Congress Senatorial primary election in the State.

A statement signed by his Media Aide, Chris Ita, disclosed that Ayade did not take part in any Senatorial primary.

The statement maintained that the Governor is committed to his Presidential ambition and will be taking part in the APC Presidential primary slated for next month.

Recalled that there have been media reports that Ayade lost his bid to proceed to the Senate to represent Cross River North, after coming a distant third in the Party’s Primary.
