FG Takes Legal Action Against Late Osinachi’s Husband

The Federal Government has instituted a legal action against husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi, Peter Nwachukwu.

In the suit, the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, slammed 23-count charges against Nwachukwu over the death of wife.

According to Malami, he was charged in accordance with Sections 104 and 379 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015.

The late singer died on April 8 after allegedly suffering domestic violence from her husband.
