Fintri emerges winner of PDP governorship Primaries

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintri has won the People’s Democratic Party governorship primaries in the state.

According to reports, Fintri won with a total of 663 of the 668 votes, with five of the votes declared void.

The report appreciated delegates, Party Leaders and Elders for the success of the Primaries.

Makinde wins Oyo Governorship Primaries

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has been declared winner of the People’s Democratic Party’s governorship primary election in the state. The Returning Officer, Abdulahi Maibasira, declared Makinde winner of the contest having scored the highest number of valid votes cast. According to Maibasira, the Governor polled 1,040 votes to defeat his rival, Hazeem Gbolarumi, who had two votes.
