Lagos Government to Partner US Consulate General on Air Pollution

Lagos State Government in partnership with the United States Consulate General has stressed the need for residents to tackle air pollution in the state.

A statement issued by the General Manager of the State Environmental Protection Agency, Dolapo Fasawe, disclosed that air pollution can be curbed through planting of trees to create more green areas and stop open burning of refuse.

The statement noted that youths will champion environmental courses, through the school advocacy programmes.-
