NLC urges River’s government to implement agreement

The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC has appealed to the Rivers State Government to respect labour laws and implement the agreement signed with the Union.

This was contained a statement issued by the NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, on Friday in Abuja.

The statement called on the government to intervene to resolve them.

Four Commissioners resigns in Ebonyi

No fewer than four Commissioners in the Ebonyi State Executive Council have resigned. State Commissioner for Information, Uchenna Orji, disclosed this while briefing newsmen on Friday, in Abakaliki, the State Capital. According to Orji, the Council received a report on the members’ resignations in pursuit of their Political aspirations and accepted the resignations.
