UN sympathizes with Nigeria over explosion at illegal refinery

Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nation Office for West Africa and the Sahel, Mahamat Annadif, has commiserated with Nigeria over the illegal refinery explosion in Imo State.

Annadif who stated in New York that he learned with deep emotion about the tragic explosion, wished those injured a speedy recovery.
