Anambra NSCDC deploys personnel ahead of Easter celebration

Anambra State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, has deployed 1,977 personnel across the state.

A statement issued the command’s spokesperson, Edwin Okadigbo, ordered the deployment of officers in various strategic locations to ensure peace and order during the Easter celebration.

The statement noted that personnel have been deployed in worship centers, recreational centers and other areas.

It added that the command will be working in collaboration with other security agencies in the operation, to forestall any possible breach of peace.
