A Federal High Court in Abuja has shifted judgement against Cross River Governor, Ben Ayade over defection suit.
The presiding Judge, justice Taiwo Taiwo postponed delivery of judgement till April 7 to enable him consider the implications of a Court of Appeal fresh judgment on the defection suit.
