EFCC arrests 40 suspected internet fraudsters in Enugu

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested 40 suspected internet fraudsters in Enugu State.
A statement issued by EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, revealed that the suspects were arrested by the Enugu Zonal Command of the agency.
The statement noted that the suspects were arrested in Nsukka, following verified intelligence linking them with suspected internet-related offences.
It listed items recovered from them to include; cars, mobile phones, and laptops of various brands and other incriminating documents.
