The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN says it is improper for the government to make COVID-19 vaccines compulsory for Muslim and Christian worshippers.
This was contained in a statement signed by the association’s President, Samson Ayokunle, and made available to newsmen today.
The statement urged the government to embark on enlightenment instead of compelling people to take the vaccine.
It called for improved sustainable public enlightenment, synergy and strategy in the management of the situation.
President Muhammadu Buhari has charged the new board of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority, NSIA to make more investments that support economic diversification. Buhari made the call while inaugurating the third Board of the NSIA at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, today. The President urged them to deliver benefit to all Nigerians.
