Speaking with Boss Radio Rural Assessment Team, a trader Bright Chiemela, says patronage has reduced since the scarcity. For Theophilus Njoku, a thrift seller, the glitches with electronic banking is aggravating the crunch. A shop attendant, Clara Ike, appeals to authorities to make the notes available to citizens.
