The Federal Government has declared Friday, April 15 and Monday, April 18, 2022, as public holidays to mark the celebration of Easter.

A statement issued by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Shuaib Belgore, urged Christians to imitate the attributes of love, peace and patience, as exemplified by Jesus Christ.

The statement assured that the Federal Government would leave no stone unturned to ensure that insecurity in the country is brought to an end.

It expressed optimism that the nation is inevitably on the path to greatness, despite the present challenges confronting her.
