Reps moves to outlaw cross-dressing

The House of Representatives has moved a bill to ban cross-dressing in the country.
The bill which was proposed by a member of the house Umar Muda on Tuesday at plenary seeks to outlaw cross-dressing with the exception of individuals who do it for amusement purposes.
The lawmaker also proposed 6 months imprisonment or a fine of N500, 000 for anyone found guilty.
