VeryDarkMan apologizes for wearing police uniform

Social critic Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, has issued an apology to the Nigeria Police Force for wearing a police uniform in a recent video.

The police had earlier criticized his unauthorized use of the attire and launched an investigation into the incident.

In the video, VeryDarkMan appeared in police uniform, identifying himself humorously as a Chief Superintendent of Police of the Online Division, Following public backlash, he released a video on Thursday, apologizing and clarifying his intentions, emphasizing he did not mean to impersonate law enforcement.

He also advised Nigerians to seek proper authorization before using police attire to prevent misunderstandings or legal issues
