Adunni Ade faces legal threat from cab driver over lost package

A driver with the ride-hailing service – Indrive, Francis Njoku has threatened to sue popular Nollywood actress Adunni Ade following allegations that he failed to deliver her package after concluding a trip.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Adunni Ade publicly accused the driver of absconding with her package and refusing to answer calls, and in a subsequent post confirmed that Njoku had eventually delivered the package after the company intervened by locking his profile.

The actress also shared screenshots of conversations between herself, Njoku, and her fashion designer, who had initially dispatched the package.

In the messages, Njoku denied the allegations, accusing Ade of defamation and threatening legal action, adding that he had consulted his legal team and intended to take the matter to court.

He further demanded an apology and called for the retraction of the Instagram post.
