Popular comedian and skit maker Denilson Igwe has revealed the reasons behind his fallout with former collaborator Mark Angel.
During an online podcast interview, Igwe claimed that he left the Mark Angel Comedy team after discovering that Mark Angel was allegedly cheating him and other crew members.
Igwe also claimed he started Mark Angel Comedy and initially filmed the content posted on Facebook, but however, he was unaware when the Facebook page became monetized.
He emphasized that he didn’t receive any earnings from this monetization until 2016, when Mark Angel gave him N50,000 after purchasing a car for himself.
Igwe further alleged that Emmanuella, one of the top stars of the crew, was paid N20,000 monthly, despite the team reportedly making $160,000 per month from the Facebook page’s revenue.
