British High Commission Assures INEC of Support

The British High Commission in Nigeria has said it is looking forward to witnessing free, fair and credible elections in Rivers state and other parts of the country.

Political Counselor of the Commission in Abuja, Jonathan Bacon, disclosed this after he met Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike.

Bacon assured that the British Government is committed to supporting the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in achieving an acceptable election next year.
