Ekiti Assembly Elects New Speaker

Ekiti State House of Assembly has elected Gboyega Aribisogan, as the new speaker of the assembly.

Aribisogun who is a Representative of Ikole Constituency was elected at plenary on Tuesday.

He replaced the former Ekiti State Assembly speaker, Funminiyi Afuye, who died on October 19, 2022, after a brief illness.
