The Nigeria Police Force has restated warning to members of the public against assault on its Personnel.

A statement issued by the Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, noted that attacked on its Personnel was against the law.

The statement urged aggrieved persons to follow proper channels to lodge their complaint to appropriate authorities on any form of misconduct portrayed by its Personnel.

This followed a trending video where two individuals assaulted a Police Officer.

CAN Condemns Kidnap of Worshipers in Kaduna

Kaduna State Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has condemned the recent kidnap of 43 Worshippers in the State. Speaking with newsmen in Kaduna, the State Chairman of CAN, John Hayab, advised Security Agents to go after the criminals until the Worshippers are rescued and safely returned to their homes. Hayab, however, urged Christians to be watchful to ensure the security of their lives during services.
