A Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed October 12 for hearing in a suit seeking disqualification of the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, from the 2023 general elections on alleged certificate forgery.

In his ruling, the presiding Judge, Obiora Egwuatu, fixed the new date to enable Parties in the suit to complete the filing of their processes before the adjourned date.

Recall that the Action Alliance Party had on June 21, asked the Court to restrain the Independent National Electoral Commission from including the name of Tinubu for the 2023 Presidential election on alleged forgery committed by him in 1999.
