Sports Ministry Splashes $25,000 on Team Nigeria

The Federal Ministry of Sports has splashed $25,000 on athletes who have done the nation proud at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Chief of Staff to the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Abba Yola, made the donation at a ceremony held at Birmingham.

All Gold Medal winners received $5,000, Silver Medalist received $3,000, Bronze Medal winners, got $2,000 while their Coaches were given $3,000 each.
