Ohaneze Urges Buhari to Consider a Presidential Candidate From South East

The Apex Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to consider an opportunity for a national healing process.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary-General of the organization, Okechukwu Isiguzoro.

The statement charged President Buhari to choose peace, unity, and harmony above all other primordial considerations, adding that the choice of an Igbo President remained the best vaccine to unify Nigeria.

It maintained that the President’s hopeful consideration of a Southern aspirant as the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, will reset Nigeria’s potentials.
