Police Sends Warning to Commercial Motorcycle Operators in Lagos

Lagos State Police Command has warned commercial motorcycle operators, known as Okada, against their planned mass protest on June 1.

A statement issued on Monday by the State Command Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, enjoined residents to go about their lawful businesses without fear of harassment or intimidation.

The statement assured lagosians that operational resources have been deployed across the State to forestall any breakdown of law and order.
