The Chief of Army Staff, Faruk Yahaya, has urged Army project officers with the responsibilities of supervising contracted projects to deliver high quality projects.
Yahaya made the call at the first project planning and management workshop, organized by the Nigeria Army Special Projects Abuja.
He said since the Army executes most of its projects through direct labor, a high standard of professionalism and competency must be maintained to avoid possible building collapse across barracks.
