Boss Radio has been crowned the Best Radio Station of the Year at the prestigious IMO Invasion 5 Awards, held in Owerri on Sunday night.

The event celebrated excellence in entertainment and media, with several notable winners.

Yard Pipo won the Comedy Show of the Year award, while Princessa Unegbu, Manager of Boss Radio, clinched the title of Radio Celebrity Crush of the Year.

In the Igbo Presenter of the Year category, Chimankpa Ukwuoma and Iheadindueme Chidinma emerged as winners in the male and female categories, respectively, for their contributions to indigenous broadcasting.

The ceremony was attended by radio-friendly personalities and industry stakeholders, alongside the Imo State Youth Commissioner (name to be confirmed). The awards underscored the vibrant entertainment scene in the state.
