Plateau United technical adviser, Mbwas Mangut has reiterated the team’s desire to secure a continental ticket in the 2024-25 league season, the Peace Boys missed out on a place on the continent last season, finishing fifth in the 2023/24 season.
Mangut stated that his team will work on achieving the target, according to him, every team in the league is also pushing for a continental ticket but for now it’s too early to say you will get it, but our dream is to work towards it and last season we lost out in the final two games of the season with Shooting Stars being one of the teams that stopped us.
Plateau United have been funded by the state government to make them do better in the league and on the continent in order to bring revenue to the state government, but the club fans are not impress with the players performance and have called on the authority to find out what could be the issue.
