Yahoo boy jailed two years for impersonating singer Flavour

A Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced Courage Ipaka to two years in prison for impersonating Nigerian singer Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour.
Ipaka is reported to have defrauded a U.S. citizen, Yvelte M. Thompson, of $53,000 in 2021 by posing as the singer.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) launched an investigation after the real Flavour was questioned and denied involvement, which revealed Ipaka as the true culprit.
