The 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has vowed to keep contesting as long as he’s healthy.
The former vice president stated this in an interview with Newsmen in Abuja while adding that he is consoled by the fact that former United States President Abraham Lincoln did not win the presidential vote on his first time of vying for the position.
He granted the interview amid speculation of forming a coalition with other political parties, after last weeks closed door meeting with Peter Obi from Labour Party.
Recall that Akitu who is set to clock 81 years by the next presidential election in 2027, has ran for the presidency six times, however he has been on the ballot as a presidential candidate on three occasions.
