Sanwo-Olu yet to increase minimum wage

The Lagos State Government, yesterday, insisted it has not increased the minimum wage, contrary to some media reports, which emanated from the unveiling of Eko Cares.
The event was held at the Governor’s Office, in Ikeja, on Wednesday.
Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, stated that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was “erroneously quoted as saying that a new minimum wage of N70,000 had been announced.”
