Sen. Lawal called the abduction of students appalling.

The Senator representing Kaduna Central in the National Assembly, Sen. Lawal Adamu Usman has expressed dismay over Thursday’s abduction of primary school pupils and teachers in Chikun Local Government Area.
Senator Usman, in a statement he personally issued, noted with concern that in the last few weeks of the year 2024, Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone had witnessed escalation of tensions as result of terrorists’ attacks, killings and abductions in several communities in Kajuru, Chikun, Birnin-Gwari, Giwa and Igabi Local government areas.
He called on the government to take decisive steps to bring the situation under control.
